For all new clients, we charge a fee to cover our time, including setting up the website on our platform and assisting in configuring your devices for email etc. (if required). We charge $119 exGST per hour. Most assisted migrations can be completed within 1-2 hours. On rare occasions, some migrations will require additional work. We will advise beforehand the cost involved and an estimate of the time. Higher charges will apply if you require a migration to be completed outside our normal business hours.

To ensure your website is safe and secure, we will also update any outdated plugins and core software as a part of the migration. Any outdated subscription-based plugins and/or themes are not included. We can advise if they require renewal.

No charge will apply if you choose to migrate your site independently or have a third party arrange this for you. We are happy to provide basic assistance if you run into issues; however, we are happy to do this for you at the above rates if you are not confident in performing a migration.

To avoid delays in moving your website over, please ensure all usernames and passwords are correct, and any logins you have are administrator access. If we need to liaise with your previous provider, we will need to charge for our time. If your current provider refuses to provide these details, please suggest that they provide a cPanel or WordPress backup and upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox.
