Our business is local and our team live locally. Your data is held here in Perth, on our servers in the NextDC Data-centre in Malaga. This means that the same people who you talk to are the same people who look after the servers and fix any problems.

We know that businesses are made up of hard-working people. We like to be able to contact real people and think you should be able to too.
At Perth Web Hosting, you can email or talk to a real person for support. In fact, the same person you talk to will be the same person who will build your website and look after the servers that host your valuable data. That means that in case of drama – there is a real person to help.
WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT SECURITY & BACKUPS
We take the safety of your data seriously.
We take backups every 3 hours to an offsite, separate Western Australian Data-centre. In the event of a problem, your data can be restored to a recent version, meaning less loss. We are the only provider in Perth providing nightly snapshots of your website, which we hold for 31 days, giving you peace of mind.
