Microsoft 365 Customer Migration Form

For all mailbox (IMAP/POP3) to Microsoft 365 migrations, please fill out, read the terms of agreement and electronically sign the form and submit it so we can proceed with your request.

Please note: The form must be filled out by the account holder that has signed up for the service. 

The Ticket ID is in the email subject that was sent to you with the Microsoft 365 migration document. If you don't have this, please do not proceed.

Schedule of Charges
The charge for a new tenancy migration to 365 is at a special discounted rate of $79 exGST per hour + $25 exGST per mailbox for new clients (or $99 exGST per hour + $25 exGST per mailbox for existing clients). Additional charges will apply for:

  • Onsite visits for data collection where it's impossible to migrate the data to office 365 due to large amounts of data (and it would be slow to perform the migration over the client's internet connection)
  • Onsite Client setup, and;
  • After-hours migration.

The time to migrate your data to Office 365 varies depending on the number of accounts, connection method and data (mailbox) size. An Estimation should have been provided to you. If you have not been provided with this estimation or have any questions regarding the estimation, please contact us before signing off.

Data backup
The client agrees to have an additional backup already in place before the migration. If data is missing after the mailbox migration has been completed, the client can provide an alternative data set. Perth Web Hosting can backup the data on the client's behalf; however, whilst all efforts are taken to ensure no data loss, Perth Web Hosting cannot be held responsible for any data loss during or after the migration. 

Use of Outlook 365/2019 Application
The client acknowledges that they must use Outlook 2019/365 or the outlook app (on mobile devices) to ensure they can receive the full benefits of Office 365. If the client decides to use another program, the client acknowledges that Perth Web Hosting can only provide limited support, and the client will have to seek support from the software vendor. 

Additional data charges from the client's service provider
The client must ensure they are aware of any excess data charges from their Internet Service Provider/ Telephone Provider. On some occasions, A mailbox may store a large amount of data. Therefore, it is recommended that you allow your mailbox(s) to be fully synchronised over an internet connection that does not cap your internet speeds.

If you utilise your data connection over a telephone provider network (i.e. 4G or 5G known as hotspotting), please ensure you have enough data limit. You are also aware of how much data you need before downloading or uploading your mail to Office 365. Perth Web Hosting will not take any responsiblity for any excess usage charges incurred as a result of downloading (or uploading) your data to the server.
